A.W. Smith represents victims injured by automobile collisions and a variety of other cases including semi-truck accidents and medical malpractice cases. Many of these cases have included brain injuries. A.W Smith obtained one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts on record in Kansas for the wife and children of a man killed during a medical procedure. He has also focused on cases where semi-trucks have caused serious injuries to people because the trucks were negligently maintained, the driver committed error or the driver suffered from fatigue and cause an accident.
