Milan Car Accident Results in $1,141,264 Settlement, $100,000 Over Claimed Policy Limits
On January 3, 2014, a Purdin, Missouri woman was seriously injured in a head-on car crash near Milan, Missouri. She was a passenger in the vehicle at the time. After several weeks in the hospital, the plaintiff’s leg was amputated at the knee.
