T. Drew SchaufflerSenior Associate Attorney
T. Drew Schauffler represents victims injured by motor vehicle collisions, premises liability incidents, and a variety of other cases, including representing individuals who have had a family member pass away due to the fault of a third-party. He has also focused on cases where victims have been seriously injured by an animal, specifically dog bites. T. Drew Schauffler currently serves as a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA).
Shortly after Drew Schauffler was born, his father, a school teacher and volunteer firefighter was severely injured while fighting a fire in Randolph County near Drew’s hometown of Huntsville, Missouri. Due to the severity of his injuries, Drew’s father ultimately had to have his leg amputated. This tragedy motivated Drew through his life to pursue a career in law to help individuals and their families who have been harmed and damaged due to no fault of their own. Drew understands that the impact of an injury not only affects the victim involved, but their families as well.
